Over the years I purchased many of the above Lancing Devices from local drug stores. The tabs which hold the cap on would break and make it difficult to keep the cap on and use the device, some of them would only last a couple of months. Two years ago, I purchased one from Medical Wholesale Outlet it has one of the tabs broken now but I can still use it. So, I purchased my second one to have ready if the other tab breaks. The cost of these devices was very close if I bought it in a drug store or online.
Shipping amd Returns
SHIPPING:
We generally ship using all of the major carriers, USPS, FedEx, UPS, OnTrac
So please choose the appropriate shipping method at checkout.
RETURNS:
When you select your product from Retail, you will be able to return it to us within 10 days. No restocking fee will be applied on returns for "damaged on acceptance", "defective item" or "wrong item sent". Shipments received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date, and photos must be provided.
We offer a 10-day return policy. Merchandise returned for refund within the 10 days period is subject to a 20% restocking fee, or chargeback fee if returned for "no longer needed/wanted", "changed mind", "found better pricing,” or “duplicate order”.
Original shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Unopened Lancets, and Diabetic Meters can be returned for a full refund. Diabetic Test Strips are non-returnable.

Returns must be 100% complete, unopened in original factory condition, with original boxes and packing materials. Products that are unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned 100% complete and/or opened.
Please be sure to read our return policy in full. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to determine the condition of all return products and issue refunds.

Packages shipped using the United States Postal Service should be dealt with by calling the United States Postal Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) After we provide you with a tracking number for your order, it is now up to you to make sure you receive it. If you know you live in a bad neighborhood, send us an email and we will provide you with a signature confirmation. We will no longer honor refund requests regarding this matter.
